HEC Lausanne, also called the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, is the affiliated business school of the University of Lausanne. Since 1911, HEC Lausanne has been developing teaching and research in the field of business and economics. Although it is unheard of in Asia, the school is in fact quite famous in Europe, especially among German-speaking countries, where the university is often referred to as “Europe’s Harvard.” St. Gallen is a small-scale university, however, it possesses Switzerland’s best faculty resources in the field of economic science.
