Kyoto University Graduate School of Management
Japan Kyoto University was the second national university founded in Japan after the University of Tokyo. Kyoto University’s traditions and goals are to foster scientists. Many Nobel Prize-winning graduates and countless Japan Orders of Culture and Japan Academy of Sciences Awards have earned the school the honor of “the cradle of scientists”. Kyoto University has maintained its tradition of an independent school system, which emphasizes connections to the outside world and international exchanges. Hundreds of graduate students are sent abroad every year and promote the school’s international notability. The university is also a member of the APRU (Association of Pacific Rim Universities)
